Campaign Terms

By deploying a commercial campaign on the PitchIt platform, the sponsoring organization (hereafter "the Brand") agrees to provide the specified, verified incentive reward to the number-one ranked user upon the closing date of the campaign. In consideration for platform access and automated evaluation routing, the Brand retains non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licensing rights to download, edit, and distribute the top ten (10) highest-ranked user-generated video submissions for digital marketing, advertising, and corporate screening purposes. PitchIt operates strictly as an objective analytical intermediary and verification layer; the platform assumes no liability for the independent employment contracts, marketing conversions, or the external distribution of assets executed by the Brand.
